Spring RTS Engine

I double checked the spaces. Checked to see if the file existed. And every time I try to use image cfg it says unable to map and load spring.exe

There's no need to use imagecfg for Spring.

I thought because I had a dual core that I had to.

There might be no *need* but for some users it can certainly help. I've imagecfg'd my spring.exe to run only on my 4th core. (btw it seems that next release thre really won't be any need for it)
