I got my hard disk formated and forgot password. Is there possibility to recover it, reset?

The IP you're currently posting with hasn't been used to play on any spring lobby account, and your forum username doesn't match any lobby account in our database. Basically... I have no way of figuring out what account needs to be reset.

yep its [AI]m2n, but on forum its [AI]M2N. I have a changeable IP beacuse of my internet provider or its beacuse of router, my actual ip is 83.25.169.58
