Textrure problem

hi! I have problem! see link below

When the game starts everything is fine, but when i select commander all screen goes onecollored ?????
this problem wasn't happening in old BA 5.9 version but in 6.0 + ...
I have P4 2.0 dualcore, X2600 XT HD radeon 256mb, 2gb DDR2 corsair ram! I tried different settings in spring options and control penal but no success
anyone got a clue what should i do?
