I think spring's crash report feature has been turned off for a long time. If you want your bug reported use mantis.

Well when the whole thing crashes to desktop, surely the stacktrace is of some use? Not easy to report that into mantis, at least not every 2 or 3 games as is seeming to happen for me atm...

Mantis allows you to upload infolog.txts.
