I know someone already reported that issue but i can't find it so i post again with a screenshot this time :



the green things are units, the weird noizy things are also units it happens between unit models zoom and units icons zoom

Yah, got the same. They look like prerendered bitmap versions of the actual unit. Strange.

Increasing unit details should help.
