Screen problem.

Hello. I recently reinstalled spring and I have noted an issue with my gamescreen. I am missing a bunch of pixels at the bottom of the screen.

This only happens in Fullscren at any resolution. And no, it dosent seem to be an issue with my monitor (I've tried playing with it but it didn't change anything.)

I'd post an Image but the forum won't let me.

Do you guys have an idea on how to fix this issue ? Thanks.

(Also, playing in Windowed mode is unacceptable.)

EDIT : I forgot to mention, the game seems to "strech" the image down to cover the missing parts.

Hmmm...

Do you use a custom resolution that Spring must try to adjust to? If so, you need to make sure that the resolution in Spring Settings is the same as your monitors.

Screens would be helpful, probably..

No. I run the game at 1024 x 768. As for the screen, I'll add the link to the "Homepage" thing in my profile.

Have you looked in settings.exe?

Yes. Nothing I have tried in there has fixed my problem except setting the game in Windowed mode.

Nobody has an idea ? It's really a nuisance and I'd like to play the game normally.

First off, update your drivers, this can help a lot.

Next, fiddle your screen resolution untill the image fits onto your monitor properly. If pixels are missing at the bottom reduce the height etc.

This is an issue with SDL when using certain gfx card drivers.

You can use imageshack.us and post just the link here...

Just a wild hunch... Do you have a widescreen monitor?

i have that same problem. It has to do with any windows skins you may be using other than the default ones. (if you are using windowblinds/stylexp it will do that)

Just disable them and it will run fine.
