Maximum number of units that can be loaded

I noticed that transport FBI options have been expanded. There's one more thing I don't think has been implemented yet, and it's badly needed: a way to limit the total number of units that can be loaded. Currently you can only limit the footprint size or something like that, so you can have either 3 fleas or 1 flash, for instance... I think.

Sorry if it's already been done.

it's already been done. Sure you can limit footprints, and max weights, but you can also limit max units with... *checks some fbi files* ...the transportcapacity=; tag

LUA might as well be assembly as far as I'm concerned... for now, anyway. I'll learn it this winter maybe.
