Usually demos are written out until exactly the point where it crashed, unless that's broken too ...

They're written to files called a<number> as far as I can tell.

In our last game, Neddie crashed halfway through. Some time after that point (may have been immediate, may have been some other time) everything stopped firing and had to be force-fired.

Also, on the broken replays, just adding the .sdf extension can make them function. Some of the smaller ones it doesn't seem to work on, but I used that on my most recent...

probably missing texture somewhere. might want to test on test spring builds.
