freeze after loading single player games.

So...just downloaded TA:Spring (I've been a long time TA player but hadn't heard of Spring until a few days ago...) and I have been trying to play single player games so I can get used to the setup of the game before I play online. The problem is that the game wont load properly. Some maps it wont load at all while others load just fine (usually it's the smaller maps that load fine). For example: I downloaded the latest version of Core Prime Industrial Area and played it once. I came back later (after closing Spring) to play it again and the map wouldn't load (something about not loading textures or something...). I tried another map and it worked fine but the rest of the maps are hit and miss. Sometimes they work and sometimes they just make the Spring client crash, or freeze (It even goes as far as to put me in game but then crashes as soon as the beginning countdown reaches zero). I have really no idea why it only chooses to crash sometimes rather than all the time. I'm playing on a laptop if that makes any difference... Anyway, I know this is long winded so I'll just wait and see if someone knows what the heck is going on and can help me. Thanks.

What are the technical specifications of your laptop? How are you trying to play Single Player, through hosting a game in lobby with AI, through running a start script or through running Spring SP?

I have tried to play through SpringSP and through the normal Spring Lobby (with AI) and both crash in the same way. The specs of my laptop are: Nvidia GForce 6150, 1.93GB of ram, AMD Turion 64X2 processor (2.01Ghz). The OS is Windows XP Media Center Edition.
