Spring RTS Engine

Does someone use the ati 1950 to play spring? Cause Im looking for a good card not too expensive to play spring (and only spring!) and this one seems to be a good choice.

But does it run spring correctly (opengl compatibility) ,and, second question, do you know if it is ubuntu compliant...

I would recommend getting an Nvidia card; spring (and linux for now) works best with 7 series Nvidia cards;

Recommendation: 7900gs instead of ati 1950 pro (about the same price; performance pretty similar on other games, 7900gs > 1950 pro on spring)

ATI has issues with opengl which make some eye-candy broken, but the game should be playable. As for Linux, wait a week for the 8.41 drivers.
