can i disable middle moouse button messing my camera

If i click middle mouse i get this corsshair view (as with J key) and it bugs me. Can i disable this functionality? (didnt find it in uikeys.txt).

Try the SmoothMove widget.
(the MMB can sometimes still get through if you click another button
at around the same time, needs to be addressed in the engine at
some point).
P.S. It also blocks the CTRL+MMB camera mode switching (which
I dislike). Use CTRL+F1-F5 instead.

Where can I find the SmoothMove widget? I only have Smooth Scroll and it doesn't block the MMB.
Does it matter that I only use FPS camera mode?
