Is it loading a different image? I've seen that happen before, Spring once used the start-bar from Windows XP, if I recall.

Including custom three models? Is it the built-in tree render, or does it affect all features?

I think it might do, since it may be that certain system spects that worked in the old versions dont work anymore.

AFAIK this only and always happens if you don't keep Spring on the foreground while loading. It has been present for many releases (probably since 3d trees were added).

Edit: it looks like 3d trees was the problem, but their graphics havent fuckd up in older spring versions like that.
3d trees graphics works fine with 0.74b3 but they still doesnt work well, because they goes invisible or visible when i zoom in or out.
that invisible/visible thing happens with old and new Spring version, but only new Spring version fucks up the graphics. so somewhere must be a bug?

Actually, there is a tree view setting you can play with. They always disappeared if you zoomed out enough.

Tobi is correct. If you alt tab while spring is loading windowsand spring cna overlay in gfx memory causing that pretty tree texture to be overlaid by that startbar texture or that desktop image.
This can cause trees smoke and the sky to become overwritten with GUI elements from windows.
This is fixed in Vista and linux, and has been present since sprign was first released.

AF, thats NEVER happened to me before this new version.
neddiedrow, i know that, but those trees are visible in between some zoom level, not when its > 100 or > 1000, its like > 100 && < 109 || > 90 && < 99 etc. so i need to find correct zoom value to see the trees, but when i zoom out OR in, they disappears.
