Just to confirm raneti's /ignore problem, I was unable to mute somebody who was message spamming me the other day, too.
Options>Ignore List>Enable Ignore List
I only just noticed this as well, I had added a bunch of people to the list but it wasnt ignoring them because it wasnt enabled
