I think it's important to have a positive body image too. So many people are dissatisfied with how they look because they're trying to aspire to an unrealistic ideal, when there's really nothing wrong with the way they look. Sometimes it gets so bad that they end up getting surgery fetishes or eating disorders.

i think that if your parents treat you right, TV (and similar threads) will have a hard time to make you feel bad about your body (& yourself), and i mean not just cause you will watch less TV.
bad:
"you are too fat! do something about it, or you will be alone for the rest of your live! also... did you bring the garbage out as i told you, lazy ass?" *repeat every second day*
good:
well... you know! that... other way...
bob marley... something!

Best video I've watched in a long time:

I'd rather not make this a religion thread too. I absolutely agree with him except that I don't believe that religion is to blame for the cult of death. I do everything I can to fight that ideal myself.

My body is the bucket carrying my brainz, one day it will break, and the brain will dry and die, and thats it. Do your job, enslaved wetware beneath my greymatter.

sex+ movement, that's like "lets put it back the way it was before sex-"?
I am not saying it's a bad thing, but it's just kind of funny how we have to fix our regression movements.
I think it will be interesting if cultural awareness movements like this shift acceptance of polyamory relationships.

I don't think that it's unrealistic to not be obese and that it is concerning how many medical issues like diabetes, heart failure, etc., are arising because of the increased amount of obese people in developed countries all over the world.
