someone in britain recently got jailed (for a short time) because he trolled dead peoples facebook memorials so yes the law does apply to internet trolling if it gets serious

and hacking in the UK can land you 2 years in jail regardless of the severity

so either dont do it or dont get caught

on Germany wich is one of the Country that got hard censorship [for example Games. But Movies are less hard hitted IIRC what for an irony ] thats no wonder Religion Touches State (TM) questions?

To me this is kind of like Counterstrike hacking. Sure it's not illegal, but you're a huge douche bag if you do it.

Even if you take the whitehat argument to this, the website should be punished for being insecure, not the users of the website who aren't even aware they are using it insecurely. Changing people's email and password is gigantically douchy. I could see an argument for making a facebook post using someone else's account with the intention of letting them know they have forfeited their security and they should demand better security from the website, but I think largely this is just going to be used to steal information and harass people randomly.

Its not illegal? How so? Is reading your mail illegal? no? yes?
