Does a minelayer count? It has nanolathing ability but can't build anything.

so when a allied team has no cons (be it coms, rezbots, or other) you instantly lose.
wouldnt it be better if armed & mobile units count too against game lose

You obviously missunderstood the quoted text.

If an allied team has no cons or factories.
That means if none of your allies or you have any way of rebuilding/rezing your base or producing units, you lose. Mine layer is an exception to that rule as it can build units (but those will only postpone your death), but it's easy to remedy that exception.

Minelayer doesn't get storage like (as far as I know) all other cons do

Yes that's true too. If all you have left is a cloaked fusion and a minelayer, you cant place mines, because minelayer has no storage.

i think fusion should a small storage, so u dont need an storage to cloak them. the adv. would be that we would have endless games

If cloakable fusion had 125 E storage, it would be able to cloak by itself. But since it needs another 600 for stealth, it couldn't do that.
So one should be able to radar them out.

Core would need 150 storage then.
