i have a feeling the artistic style of exit path was inspired heavily by "oldschool" lode runner
i've often considered making a "SOTN" style platformer in flash, but lacked the motivation to complete anything... many projects got to a "testing" phase and then i realized i should just start again using a different and more efficient method.
like my shockwave/browser based FPS game... fun to work on, but will probably never be completed due to my lack of programming skill
