Well, it's not like I'm getting paid to do this and I figured it was better then nothing. I mean given the newbie support there was perviously, if they don't like reading a wall of text maybe they should buy Supreme Commander instead. Or better yet they can download a free copy of red alert. I guess the only people worth playing with are those who have already been playing for years. My next update will just tell newbies they don't deserve to live and berate them for ever thinking they could someday be as kool as some of us.

ergh you took rattles avatar..

is your problem with yan(aka gota) because we all generally hate that douche and you cannot take him serious. Think of him as that annoying four year old that calls you faggot and doesn't really even understand the meaning.

Quote from guide:
Concerning Tier 2 defensive structures, do not build the Arm Annihilator, the tachyon accelerator defensive building or its mobile counterpart the Penetrator, They will easily succumb to land attacks as well as small scale air attacks.
I think your going a little ott by saying that. Tachyons are awesome for taking out defensive structures from afar, and penetrators are deadly with support. Yes they are easy targets 'On their Own' but when you have a mass army of them supported by flakkers and Bulldog/Panthers they generally tear the enemy up. Not to mention costs generally dont tend to matter as the player is most likely going to play DSD and build 100 adv fusions before he starts doing anything else (it seems to be a growing trend lately).

Other than that its a decent guide and i think any new player with time to read this should. Perhaps have it stickied too.

Hum, if that is true about the Tachyon you may have a point there, however I didn't write that. I just clipped it from the forum as it sounded reasonable enough. I personally like heavy defensive weapons, theres just something about huge cannons and massive devistation that peaks my intrest. The only real problem I see is that there seems to be a trend lately were everybody does the quick rush thing. Of course that may just be in my games where I get uberstomped in 2 seconds flat. As for Gota, yeah I or anyone else can fix it up somemore as time allows, but being as this is not a commercial venture I think he may be taking things a little too far. Oh and the avatar.... Well lets just say I'm at work when I write most of this and it just looks kinda funny when people walk by my cube and see me surfing through pages with thousands of gif animations all jumping all over the place. I change it later

I liked the guide, some points :

you didnt seem to include "press d for dgun"

IMO stumpy is the t1 vech to spam after the first couple of minutes, it was absent from the list...

Reclamation seemed less pronounced than it should be, IMO reclamation is key to most if not all battles.

In the part about stalling, you should make a bigger distinction: M stall good, E stall very bad. E stall is to be avoided at all times because it stops your mexes from working too, meaning you have less m to spend. M stall just means you are building at max speed.

Look mon, if you want to change it, change it. Let it evolve and gain a life of it's own. I don't know how, but maybe we can make it a wiki so everybody can screwtinize it.

I think if you wiki'd it and let other screwtinize it, it would look something like this.
Most of the following information is taken from the FAGS N LOOSERZ. There is also a wealth of unit information at the LOOSERZ WIKI. I have taken the liberty of plucking out the STOOPID information, condensing it and compiling a simple manual for LOOSERZ N FAGS in an attempt to make learning the game a less RETARDED experience. Some experienced player will probably SUCK as well from this information. Generally all of the material I used was written by LOOSERZ N FAGS. I would like to thank all of them for sharing their knowledge.

And your trying to say that's not true? I mean, everybody knows this game is only for fags and losers. I personally fit the loser catagory but YOU may be a fag as well. I'm going to let a hot piece of lead pass through my head at high velocity now. This post needs a sticky, so you can scoop up some of my gray matter and use that. You forgot to change the title to Total Retardation Beginner's Guide or better yet Faliced Analization Beginner's Guide. Oh by the way, do you like my new Avi-Tard

I work the crappiest hours so when I am on nobody knows. Sometimes there are a few people from Europe on when I sign in. I would love to have more time to play, but you know how life is. I'll be working this weekend too, just like I did last weekend. Can't you hear the violins in the background.

It's not much of a Job, but hosing down your mother 3 times a day at the local zoo to keep the flys and smell to a minimum is hard work. You know I'm just kidding..........

If friendly stuffs include your offensive flip off avatard. Hey, I wanted to help. It was something I made for myself to remind me what worked and what didn't. I figured cleaning up the forums conversation would be a good thing. I think I'm going to take a circular saw to my feet now.
