game drops on loading

sorry if this topic is a repeat I took a look and couldnt see an identical one.

Ive tried srping in the past and it worked ok but this version wont load a game.

Its bring up the load screen and says "loading units and weapons" (I think thats right) and then drops out and bring up the report error box.
