I notified Swift as soon as the flames were lit, and if he deems this to be a bannable offence then Byteme will be banned.

As far as your poll goes, having one option be 'yes' and the other be 'no, i support racism' will only fan the flames IMO.

Byteme wasn't peronsally attacking you or any people group, so let us deal with the issue. Zaphod decided that byteme was going to be unbanned last time so I'm going to give him final say as to what happens with the issue.
