game crashes in the middle of a game

when im playing a game thats not hosted by me, usually in the middle of a game my game just crashes without any warning except for a short pause right before it

it happens most games except for a couple games that happen to be hosted in the same country as me
my computer is pretty good so its not my computer freaking out

im not sure if its lag or not, when it crashes it asks to send an error message
but when i host, it never crashes, it just drops people mid game (not all at once)

its really starting to annoy me so any help would be appericated
