hosting

I am trying to debug my hosting stuff...

Anyway, I can join and play just fine..

Spring is not blocked and nor is TASCLIENT blocked.

I have read there was a command or button to test one's self. Could someone be so kind as to direct me to it?

Also is there a way that I can host games but be set as an observer? that way people could play as long as my machine is on and there would always be a server open. Even if I wasn't here.
