CC is a good game and has a pretty decent modding community.

Looks like a tower defense game made for RTS players instead of being hyper-linear.

Cortex is unfinished, although half the graphics are made by the same guy I made that blogpost about the TA redesign sketches

(based on some older versions of cc)
big downfall of cortex commando are the controlls, it is near impossible to really move along the terrain and shot stuff, you get stuck all the time and everything is so choatic. but the chaos is still fun ie to crash rockets on enemies and all that but i never managed to seriously play it. i have no idea how you are supposed to peacefully dig for gold if you constantly get stuck and then things falls on your head or if you tell the ai teammates to dig for gold they get themself killed in the most hilliarious ways as well. i guess it is a bit like tutomod?

Already have braid, most of us probably do, but for lunix users it's a nice chance to get it cheap. If you don't have braid pay something nice for this bundle, that game alone is worth it.

I'm interested machination and titans, the other stuff is kinda meh.

I disagree. Osmos is a deceptively enjoyable game. It's the sort of thing you can just pick up and play during a 10 minute break. Also Machinarium looks pretty but it blows hard. "Gameplay" is pretty much randomly clicking all over the screen to find interactive pixels then trying to create an oddball plan out of it's bizarre logic.

For some reason the pay-what-you-want offers fill me with giddyness and glee; how can you say no?

pay a dollar! also they're DRM-free and don't even require logins so you can convince someone to give you all of the direct download links

Cortex is really cool, but SOOOOO painfully unfinished. It has potential, but that's it right now :S

Titans REALLY REALLY REALLY needs a difficulty setting. Hard mode is BRUTAL, it's not fun retrying the same mission over 16 times. The pace of the game is really bad, franticly painfully fast paced. It would be fun if it were easier. I have nothing against making a game hard, but let me see some of the content without being a total savant please. It's the first release though so hopefully they polish it.

Braid of course is awesome.

I haven't tried the other two games yet.

Osmosis is pretty cool, but there's not a whole lot there for a hardcore gamer. It's a two button game pretty much.
