an old ta mod worth playing

while looking through the junk in my old pc i found a old mod for the original total annihilation UTASP I would highly recommend playing this mod if people are looking for new unit ideas for spring mods the link is here

its very fun to play and was developed by MAD TA there are some very clever units in there

Try Talon or Guardian of Kadesh for some quality TA mod.

Reading the description it sounds like maximum annihilation or War to Oblivion. Maybe give those a try.

I never played UTASP - I did try TAUIP, though. Was UTASP worse?

Most of the units in un-themed mods where made of 3rd part crap from all over packed into a maxed out unit id and weapon id cluster fuck.

There are actually a lot of really good mods/ TCs that came out later or more recent, seeing how TA is still being played today, and well with in reason.

It did. I remember playing it at one point in spring on metalheck. That was a LOOOOOOOOONG time ago tho and it wasn't balanced blah blah blah.

TRO is around. But I don't think he is too keen on porting Talon to spring. It's his right not to.
