Costing the tax payer 12 million pounds. How can you even justify that expenditure let alone in a recession. I'd be fuming if I lived in the UK.

Should have been arrested or the pope mobile should have toppled over then we would have a happy ending.

Can't even watch sky news because its full of Pope crap.

ZZZZZzzz....

Send him a bill- of rights :)

No, srsly, how about a secularisation mission to italy, especially the vatican- make it some millions of security cost, long for expensive hotels- everything on churchtaxed money- equal rights to visit :) Dawkins driving around the coloseum in some armoured aquarium, like to see that-

And he will be plead guilty, but also state that juvenile law still apllies, and he need to be send to a youth correction facility. Do you hate your criminals that much, over there on that island, that only a glacier meltdown seperates from europe? He is out on the street, and you got to live with it.

BRB Visiting Italy, beautifull country, when the pope is gone.

As far as i'm concerned, the Vatican should not exist as a sovereign state (have Italy annex it or something like they did to the Papal States in 1860) and the Pope should certainly not be given diplomatic immunity as a head of state.
Indeed, no religion should be handling state affairs.

I believe it's not, because to be a state you need to have a people, and there are no vaticanians because theyre celibate!

Well technically he doesnt because he isnt the head of a state, but no government is going to allow the arrest of the pope :/

Agreed, I thought we were past this in the 1800s, not the fecking 21st century

Under international law, Vatican City is, in fact, considered a sovereign state, with the Pope as it's head. Specifically, it was established in 1929 with the Lateran Treaty. It even hands out it's own passports, almost exclusively to high-ranking Catholic clergy, of course.

Ah I didn't realise that! That would be another reason Richard Dawkins couldn't arrest him I guess

My favourite quote: The Popemobile: keeps bullets from getting in, and children from getting out.

Most likely. That, and the UK government, or indeed any government for that matter, would be wary of the shitstorm arresting the Pope would cause.

Yeah, one year shitstorm, and half a century peace and quietness, maybee longer, if we cryofreeze him. As long as the pope is not dead, no new one can be elected.

Someone do this. Now.
Replace the normal commander with the Popemobile, replace the unit noises with Gregorian chants or something.
