oof sorry for double post but this is indeed possible, Ill put it on my list for blade/xta overhaul. Only you cant use an mp3. Also ill have to limit the filesize or length of the clip, otherwise trolls.....

and yes other people will be able to hear it.

no i was going to copy pasta some code from CA's api_avatars.lua that they use to send files between users. Ill just do sound files instead of pictures. BECAUSE ITS COOL!!!! :D
