Plants vs. Zombies

I just got to play this game yesterday.

The zombies run around saying stuff like "Brains!" and there are all kinds of zombies which you get to annihilate in creative ways! I got up to the level where they were invading my backyard. There were zombies riding dolphins, a Michael Jackson Thriller zombie that called other zombies up from tombstones in your yard that danced with him towards your house after the zombies left you a note saying that they were going to have a full on attack on your house, zombies driving heavy machinery, and zombies wearing road cones as helmets.

You get all kinds of plants including one that looks like something off of Little Shop of Horrors that eats the zombie whole, mushrooms that confuse the zombies and make them attack other zombies, and, in some stages, a mallet to smash them with. You also have walnuts to slow them down, explosive cherries, plants that smash them, sunflowers to give you more sunlight, and water plants used to drag them under the water and drown them. Sometimes you have to play at night time when there's less sunlight to help you and during the daytime, you can't use your mushrooms. This game is a lot of fun and can be difficult when their are waves of zombies filling up your backyard and coming to eat your brains! :)

Loved it, beat in in two days. The map where you start with 5k sun is the real money maker :) Gloom shrooms own :)

I loved the game for all four hours or so it took me to beat it. I only lost once, and even then only because I didn't realize that on the roof you don't get mowers automatically.

Yeah... so, really fun and creative game, I wish it was more difficult and with some kind of random scenario generator. And cheaper. Holy cow, what was it, $19.99?
