Hi,
I keep on getting a very annoying error from SpringDownloader.exe, springlobby.exe and TASClient.exe about unitsync.dll. It continues to tell me that the "application has requested the Runtime terminate it in an unusual way". This means I cannot dowload squat or play any games, because this error happens when spring downloader is first run, and when any maps are being loaded by the clients. Any suggestions?
Oh, and specs
OS : Vista Buisness SP1, XP Pro SP3
Graphics : NVidia GeForce 9800GTX+
CPU : Intel Q6600 Quad Core 2.40GHz
RAM : 4GB DDR2 (Only 2.75 shown - 32bit limitation)

Re: Error with unitsync.dll
OK, I have solved the problem. Turns out that one of the mods in my mod folder that I had downloaded outside of the download client was causing the error to appear. Still have no idea why it would do that though.

Link to it? Did you have the entire file? If you had a corrupted download it would help if you could upload it for testing.

Re: Error with unitsync.dll
Hi, the mod was Final Frontier version 1.18, and I'm pretty sure I downloaded it from FileUniverse. There are two sdz archives in the rar, and I think the problem may have been caused by "FF 1.18 S.sdz", as it's size is only 3 kilobytes. Can upload the entire archive if needed
Re: Error with unitsync.dll
I seem to be having a similar problem.
Whenever i join a game i get this error
"Error initializing unit syncer"
I don't know what the hell I'm doing wrong! Beware I'm a new user so be gentle on me please :)

Re: Error with unitsync.dll
Old Final Frontier versions used to have some sort of circular dependency problem, that would probably have caused the error.
