im tryin to play with bots but the ones this game came with dosnt work good i went to the jobjol site and downloaded a ne bot but how do i make spring find it?
any help whould be appreciated

if its just the dll put them in spring\ai\bot-libs\
if its a complete folder (like aai\) put them in spring\ai\

ok i did what u said and i got an error when i tried to play that bot that said,

Incorrect GlobalAi Libary "AI/Bots-Lids-v0.553.dll" Clid interface version 1639, engine interface version 1695)

what that mean?

Hello and welcome to our community!
Currently the AIs are a bit lagging behind the engine development, and the only stable AI working for all mods is RAI. Get the latest version here http://spring.jobjol.nl/show_file.php?id=1519
Just put the dll into AI\bot-libs folder
This AI is not very strong and you'll probably have to add 2/3 for a decent game. Also, use metal-rich maps for better experience.

Track AI section on this forum to be up-to-date, i believe more AIs will be usable again soon.

Also you can choose to play against "chicken" - BA chicken defense, CA chickens or NOTA Spacebugs - warning, addictive
