So I just started using spring, but I've noticed that the Delay message keeps popping up, almost every 3 seconds. It's so bad that I can't control my units. They make the sound, but don't move for atleast another 60 seconds.
I turned down all graphics options. I'm using CA mod, and also SpringSP to play just by myself and a bot.
I'm running 1.6 GHz Duo Core, OS: xp media center, download speed 1300 kbps average and upload speed 700 kbps average.
Has anyone else run into this problem?
(I do have the original TA with some slight mods, still installed, could that affect anything, or is spring.exe independent of the original Total A games?)

It'd be worth trying it with a different mod, just to see if you get the same thing.

It doesn't seem to happen with BA, but it seems all the versions of CA (that I have currently) all do the same thing.
