.skip doesnt work

it says ".skip only works in a replay, and when cheating"

i try .cheat
and then .skip 1

and it still says same. and it is a replay.

Not worth trying, skip will desync replays in 0.76b1.
It will work again in next release.

I've done it ingame with lurker a few times...unfortunately a lot of the net handling code (things such as timeouts being handled by number of frames...so a large number of frames in a short period of time -> timeout) is broken by it
