stopping building just before its ready: cant retry building

i had to wait it to melt a bit, then i could continue building it into the end. weird bug.

it acted like it was finished building, made guard cursor on it when i tried to continue building, and i didnt have guard mode on.

only lua i had on was healthbars widget.

I have encountered this error with commander too, if I stopped building at 99%, I had to wait for melt before i could finish it.
