Halp: Problems connecting to games I host

So, I host a game on the server, someone joins, (my roomate) and then he just sits at the Connecting screen and it flickers. WE had this problem earlier and I fogot what we did to get it to go away... But we can't seem to fix it. Happens on all mods and maps.

Well, It was working without them, before, But i'll try and let you know where it goes.

We shouldn't but it's been working again anyways. Hmmm.
