Report function

If you try to report a post it only lists spam, off topic, or warez. There's no derail or flame entries even though that seems to be the main goal of the report function.

When you issue a report, it both notifies every moderator and it puts a big red ! beside the thread in question, and then upon going into that thread, the post in question. It doesn't matter a huge amount what qualification you give the report, the only part we actually see is the fact that the report was issued and the reporter's comment.
