Woop Server ban

i got banned from spring lobby cause i joined the ca channel in 3-4 accounts without even speaking only speaking in private messages
he muted each account even tho i was not trying to speak with det or cause any problems

this is all cause det got angry at me cause of sumthing to do with CA and i got muted first for asking for link of the new CAedit

i thought it was an unfair mute so i decided to join again and i was talking in main not talking in #Ca not giving det any hassle and i got a server wide ban

some people need to grow up and be mature imo

this is just dumb.. abuse of power much

I don't follow you. Since you were only muted in #ca, and not trying to dodge, why join with another account at all? Something doesn't add up.

And you neglect to mention the fact that you did mute dodge with the first two rejoins.

This is really the last thing I want to do. I am a strong advocate as server ban as a last resort. I politely asked you to stop dodging and you responded that I can't stop you because you have a non-static IP and the ability to change your country flag. This really caught me off guard. You are clearly seeking a confrontation. I warned you once more following that and you dodged again. It is clear that you created this situation, not me.

i do not like arguing with people and the only reason i said i could/would do those things is cause i did not feel the mute was justified in the first place

1) if i personally insulted you it would be ok not once did i do that

2) the moment u muted me i said dam caedit is broken any1 got link to the latest i think thats pretty unfair due to the fact that i wanted to use caedit to fix the bugs i mentioned so you could stop saying stop whine and fix it urself

i think its rather unfair i have had more heated arguements/debates in the CA channel than this one

I don't like server bans but you were clearly in the wrong in this circumstance. You were given several warnings before even being kicked from #ca. You've constantly insulted CA developers. You could still talk in any other channel and could have sorted it out through PM. You said that you don't care about IP mutes (they don't exist) because you could change your IP and flag. On a slightly more personal level, you spend most of your time whining in #ca about the latest "balance problem" and on the forums respond to everything about BA with "lol flash spam". You have commit access to CA svn yet never actually do much. You've used #ca as your personal ego booster several times. I don't think a short ban for your behaviour in this case was at all undeserved.

You were being re-muted. He gave that plainly as the reason, even though it should have been obvious. If the reason wasn't obvious for the first mute, you should have asked in pm.

There are no channel bans. And if you completely disobey a moderator repeatedly, not even appealing his decision, yes, you will be banned for a while.
