Can't upload to UF

Can't upload to UF
I have been trying to upload to UF for several days. 22mb sd7 file. Having no luck in the PHP form. Whenever the upload seems to end it sends me back to the page and appears as though I have yet to choose an upload file.

Still can't upload, it's been over a week. I tried recompiling the map. I tried recompiling it with a different name. I can upload small exe files, but my map still won't get in. I've uploaded larger maps before without a problem. Something must be up with UF or there's some hidden reason why it won't accept this map. The map plays fine.
