LuaUI reloading and FPS increase.

Should it really be neccesary to reload LuaUI each game to gain a FPS increase? This seems like it's a bug to me.

Could we somehow make it reload it automaticly on startup, just for now until it gets properly fixed?

Bind it to a key and it isn't too annoying to press before the game has started.
