Video recording lags in SVN Spring!

Strangely when I try to record with F10 (choosing any codec), FPS IS OK(Camera moves normally), but frames lag thas making animation and other stuff lag!!!
Can anyone else confirm this on SVN versions of Spring?

Seems not. To understand more correctly I made a vid where FPS is an average of 11 but frames are not rendered that fast, but the PC doesn't lag(showing you by smooth movement of cam!).

Recording works normally in 0.75b2 spring!

I don't think its related because in the video there are far too less simulation frames than normal.
