Resizing window doesnt make mouse moving area any bigger

So when i select 640x480 resolution, and then maximize or resize the window from edges, i cant move my mouse cursor out of that invisible 640x480 area.

OS: WinXP

But it vastly improves the chances of the issue actually being fixed.

+1 unless the bug has to do with one of the water renderers, in which case it won't be fixed. Ever.

Help and bugs is primarily there to provide a place for users to help each other and to explain to nubs why their issue is not a bug, and avoid polluting mantis.
