"Creating Sky" lag

Just recently when loading a game I have found that I end up seeing "creating sky" for about a minute, instead of the few seconds I was seeing it before. This long delay is often enough to cause me to time out of games.

I don't know what's causing this, my PC is no slouch, my internet is fast and I've tried re-installing spring to no avial.

Any ideas?

Edit: Sometimes I get into the game and can see other ppls text, points etc but my name is red and I cant do anything. Shorty after that the game closes and I'm back at the lobby.

it is multiple times discussed.

PS: it is caused by some lua widgets/gadgets, which prebuffer a specific constance and it is already solved in the SVN.

Enter game then crash
CA takes ages loading

1. I didn't think the game was crashing.
2. I dont play CA.

I don't think you should be so quick to make me out to be a noob just because you've encountered this issue a couple of times.

In particular the healthbars widget caused this hardcore lag for me. So try disabling that and see if it helps.
