/LuaUI reload

It didnt crash his Lua, it crashed his game.

I've hacked a MS Word-like safeguard - if there are 5 errors in call-ins, LuaUI will be disabled automatically. You can re-enable it by /luaui reload.

This does not fix the issue, it only stops the spam and, hopefully, crashes.
