done a new version of the config for BA, i've stopped it building geo's so it won't crash on 0.75b2 but obviously won't perform as well either.

config no longer gives itself a handicap of 50 by default, just give it a handicap if you want it to have one

i tried this and it made two factories at the start and stalled lots. this was on comet catcher redux, the version that did have a built in handicap. maybe delay the second factory till the economy is more developed?
