connectivity to server

Im having serious trouble connecting to the taserver.
It has been like this since the earlier version so the cause isnt the new version of the game.I connect to other european servers without any trouble.i play many different games online with players and servers all over the world.My ISP has prioritizes springs server and the hops that are under their control are extremly low ping.those hops that the packets do that are not related to my isp and are done through some european servers give very high pings...i dont know why it happens i only know that i play other multiplayer games fine.i have done many virus/spyware/maleware etc checks...i cleaned my entire hard disc of any melicious code.i have no firewall at the moment.MY problem is with the server only.. if i manage to get into a room and start a game i can play fine...
What can i do!!!!!????????
