Or make a game on the server with a password, and add a bot.

Or Run spring.exe, and select Global AI Test (<desiredAI>.dll)
(You have to use arrow keys)

Personally I think that entering on a game with empty ai to build everthing and see what it does will help you more. The ai plays too bad and diferently from players to be a real pratice for online games.

A good AI to play is a lobby bot called [SmuG]Steven, send it a PM saying "1v1? You host." to start a game.

And so i sat in my room alone, wondering what the hell happend with my life, wondering if it was too late to turn back. I began to look back to my old dreams of being in rock and roll guitar band, sports groups and even being a famous writer. But just the thought of having a better life made my own life seem a bit more dull (if that was possible), i sighed and took another look at the tas lobby to see if anything interesting was going on. Suddenly i noticed the unfamilier blue flashing from a pm, my heart filled with excitement wondering what this could be about. I read it quickly only to find someone on the forums was causing trouble on the Queen's internets. The pm read:

"[3:35:39 PM] <gota_jd> ur not a bot r u..."

And just as fast as my life went down so did the excitment that came with what could have been... purpose.
