strange graphics problems + "jittering" during gam

on most the games ive played (single or multiplayer), part the way through the game everything started jittering, and some graphics were missing. (see screenshots)
this usually starts when im zooming in/out or moving camera quickly, but is permanent until i quit the game, when i alt-tab (to save screenshots etc) the computer still runs smoothly.

(need to fill in http part yourself, damn spam protection :p)

notice missing unit pictures on the buildlist for buildings built after jittering (note: i could already build zipper in dif factory before the jittering)

black areas on minimap where damage has been done to terrain since jittering (terrain looks fine on main screen)

F4 view (metal) often goes crazy: verticle lines covering map etc, here it only went black, only included shot because of interesting build menu


I suspect this is related to me having a poor graphics card, but is there anything i can do/can be done to the game to help as (mainly the jittering) makes the game unplayable?

i think its your computer which sucks a lot ... not enough memory and your graphic card is too old ... buy a new CPU and your probleme will disappear !!!
