Rotated buildings, ghosted and ground decal

HI,

I noticed recently that if you see a rotated builduing, then when you lost LOS to it, the ghosted building is not rotated.

There is a similar issue with ground decals for buildings, except these don't seem to be rotated at all for enemy buildings (IIRC)...
