FPS mode won't point to northwest

OK, for those who don't know it yet - an old bug is back.

Way back, in version 0.62 (or something), which I was stuck with until not too long ago, you couldn't point your weapons (or even your entire aircraft) to the northwest corner when in FPS mode. Fortunately, it was fixed by the time 0.73 was released, which is what I recently downloaded.

Now, with version 0.74, the bug is back.

FPS mode code just needs to be ripped out and restarted from scratch.

Hmm, sounds good..... maybe a reload time indicator would be handy? Especially on those slow-firing things like LRPCs and BLoDs..... doesn't need to be complex, just a red/green bar :) hmm, lemme put this in Feature Requests.....
