Cannot Sync up- have reinstalled Spring

I cannot seem to get in sync with any games. I have completely uninstalled Spring and then re-installed it, then moved my mods and maps back into their folders. I have heard something about a registry key- what do I do?

Alright, now I get an error every time I try to play AA 2.21 The error is List index out of bounds (-1).

EDIT: The error has moved to everything. Something must not be right.
