Doesn't start building

I've seen the commander do this often (not sure if it only hapens to comanders).

He initiates a building (it apears there with 0 HP) but never starts nanolathing it (actually building it).

this is old old bug.


happens usually when commander gets "distracted" by an enemy unit.

Commander tries to fire at it, then stops nanolathing, and thats it, he forgets his duties!
