Spring RTS Engine

It doesn't seem to happen with BA, but it seems all the versions of CA (that I have currently) all do the same thing.

So I just started using spring, but I've noticed that the Delay message keeps popping up, almost every 3 seconds. It's so bad that I can't control my units.
